Condos and Apartments
Services in all rooms include dusting of furniture, decorations, shelves, windowsills, glass/wooden furniture and lights. Vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping are also included.
Windows are extra.
Bathrooms
We provide complete cleaning of bathtubs/showers and sinks. All parts of toilets are cleaned, including bowl, lid, seat, and tank. We dust cabinets and mirrors are cleaned streak free.
Kitchens
We clean countertops, sinks, kitchen appliances, and stoves (including knobs, drip pans, range hood and burner grates).
We also dust and wipe tables, chairs, cabinet fronts and drawers.
Dishes and the inside of the refrigerators & ovens are extra.
We offer flat rate pricing instead of high hourly rates. We do the job with one direct and fair price.
Rates
1 Bedroom Condo or Apartment including one bathroom is $70.00
2 Bedroom Condo or Apartment including one bathroom is $85.00
3 Bedroom Condo or Apartment including one bathroom is $100
$15 extra for each additional bathroom.
